LAHORE: A search operation was conducted in Punjab on Wednesday for the recovery of barrister Owais Ali Shah, the kidnapped son of Sindh High Court Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah.
The search operation was conducted by Punjab police to recover Owais Ali Shah. IG Punjab Mushtaq Ahmad Sukhera said that for the recovery of Owais Ali Shah, Punjab police was in contact with Sindh police and were working with them.
Owais Ali Shah was kidnapped from Karachi’s posh Clifton area. In the same week, famous qawwal Amjad Sabri was also shot dead in the city’s Liaquatabad area.
